Our coaches teach you how to adjust exercises based on your ability. This allows you to train safely while continuing to progress.

The programme helps you become familiar with the training environment and equipment. By the end you will feel comfortable joining group classes.

TRANSITION
After completing Foundations you will be ready to join regular CrossFit sessions. Our coaches will continue supporting you as you progress.
